Brief

No business owner is an island, the hybrid workplace is now the norm. The project is a student entrepreneurship hub located within the University. Here, student entrepreneurs can rent workspace for half the price of what they would pay outside. It is ideal for individuals and small teams.

Unlike a typical office environment, from grasses to shrubs to trees with many leaves, there are a variety of types of plants here. In this project the designers have incorporated natural elements into the company's environment with the aim of improving student entrepreneurs productivity and well-being.

ONE DAY
Zoning

Group working area:

It is for student entrepreneurs who are outgoing and eager to socialise. The reason for trying to place many easy to move square boxes in the office is that the users are expected to be able to build different pieces of furniture to suit their needs. This corresponds to one of the main focuses of this design -Modular assembly - users can create various functions within the modules by different assembling methods. As well as also corresponds to the people-oriented aspect of the interior design manifesto. Each user can create his or her own distinctive space.

Individual working area:

It is for the introverted student entrepreneurs who are eager to be quiet. As Sarah Conin notes in her TED Talk, “Our most important institutions, our schools and our workplaces, they are designed mostly for extroverts and for extroverts’ need for lots of stimulation.”

RECEPTION

Reception:

First impressions are everything. The reception, as the area closest to the entrance of the entrepreneurial hub, is also the first place where the users of the space interact and engage with the space. It presents the identity of the space and the position of the interior.

Waiting area:

On the back wall in the waiting area, information about student entrepreneurs and their excellent work is displayed. It is also a way for the visitor and the student entrepreneur to communicate in an interior way. Free coffee and tea are also offer here.

Bar:

In this area, there is a tree here, which evokes a love for life and minimizes stress levels by integrating design with nature. More importantly, this place is for finding new ideas and inspiration! By using internal means, hoping to heal users' bodies and minds.
