An Organism Revolting

In fact, the priory has embraced the degradation and natural growth. The building seems to be metabolising, living and breathing with the vegetation which consumes within. It is not opposed to its current state, rather the load-bearing stone stands strong.

The state of the building provokes an unassuming harmony when on site. This is the effect of the natural evolution occurring within the surroundings. This metabolism must be maintained within the reuse and remodelling of the site.
