How do social interiors cater for temporary occupants' daily encounters and different levels of integration?
This project aims to create a space that is open to all temporary occupants of the university. Flow, motion and circulation space dominate functional spaces and people's perception of this project, as well as forming a space of transient experience and flexible social interaction. Various memories, interaction and experience are created and integrated, and the brutalist character of this heritage tower block might also be enhanced and conveyed through the materiality of the interior that celebrates its raw materials.
