Birds of Prey
My last project focused on the exploration of birds of prey. Within this, I created some textile patterns using watercolour silhouettes. These were to be used for a proposed children's picture book that introduced the five main birds of prey to a young audience.

Throughout the year I focused my projects on experimentation with my techniques and themes. Inspired by themes of wildlife and nature I choose to focus on animal-based characters. I enjoy creating work that can be informational as well as playful that can work from an educational perspective.
